We are working with an elite onshore US firm who is interested in hearing from offshore lawyers to join their Corporate, Finance, Funds and Tax teams in London.
This is an exciting opportunity for any transactional offshore lawyer looking to move into the onshore market in London and step-up to a US firm to work on broad Corporate, Finance, Funds or Tax matters.
Given the strong reputation of the firm internationally and the high-quality work these teams have to offer, the roles provide an excellent opportunity for offshore lawyers who are highly desired for this role given their broad and hands-on transactional experience gained from working in a small team environment, often accustomed to high levels of responsibility.
This role is open to mid to senior level candidates with at least three years of post-qualification Corporate, Finance, Funds and/or Tax experience from a leading offshore firm, ideally having trained at an onshore firm in London, and looking to return back to the onshore market.
The firm offers an excellent salary, in addition to the opportunity to work in the elite London market with leaders in the industry on sophisticated matters.
