We are working with a leading US firm looking for Corporate, Finance and Funds Associates to join their teams in London.
The firm is interested in hearing from candidates who are currently working in an in-house role, and are looking to move back into private practice.
The partners recognise the value in-house experience can provide in terms of the high-quality transactional work, hands-on experience and understanding the importance of maintaining internal relationships and procedures.
As such, this is an excellent opportunity for in-house lawyers to move back into private practice working with a firm that has a strong reputation in the London market, and offers high-quality work for a sophisticated client base.
These are broad Corporate, Finance and Funds roles.
The team is highly ambitious so the role will be suited to candidates who are autonomous and interested in taking on a high level of responsibility. The team is also looking to expand so this is an exciting time for candidates to join with fast-tracked growth opportunities.
The successful candidate must have at least one year of private practice experience at a leading firm, which may have been gained during the course of their training contract, and be at least three years’ PQE.
The firm offers an excellent salary, paying at the top end of the legal market for private practice roles, and above-market benefits to their lawyers.
