This is a fantastic opportunity for a Real Estate solicitor to join one of Hampshire leading property departments.
This firm have a rich heritage in the Hampshire area operating for over 100 years. As a result of their connections in the local areas, much of their work comes from referrals leading to strong rapport between firm and client.
This firm have several chambers ranked departments, ranging from services to the individual and business services. Supplemented by this, there are several Legal 500 recommended lawyers going to show the quality of work the firm deal with.

The role
The firm are seeking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor / CILEX into their flourishing Winchester office.
You will work as part of a highly ranked legal 500 team. The team is busy and has had an influx of new work, making now an exciting time to join.
You will deal with high-quality work which will include; Landlord and tenant, Acquisitions and disposals, Development and Investment work.
You will deal with a broad caseload, the variety of which will make for an interesting role coupled with joining one of the fastest growing, yet well established teams in the South.
Requirements
- You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor or CILEX with a minimum of 2 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to the amount of PQE, applications are encouraged from even the most experienced of candidates)
- You will have a passion for Real Estate work
- You should have first-class communication skills
- Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
