Funds Partner – Global Firm
The London office of this global law firm is looking to grow its funds practice with the addition of an experienced partner with fund structuring and formation expertise. The team advises managers, investors and other industry participants on a wide range of fund-related matters, including formation and structuring; regulation; co-investments/fund investment and the acquisition of fund management businesses. With offices in the Americas, Asia, Europe and the Middle East and more than 250 Chambers-ranked lawyers worldwide, this is a truly exciting time to be joining this global law firm. Given the calibre of our client and the nature of the role, you will be a first rate dedicated funds lawyer coming from a highly respected firm and able to demonstrate a strong track record on deals and with clients.
