My client is a renowned US Law Firm with an outstanding reputation in their Litigation practice in Asia. They are seeking a Junior Litigation (Investigations) Attorney to join their Disputes practice in Hong Kong.
You will be handling a broad aspect of disputes matters, from white collar crimes, internal investigations, to Foreign Corrupt Practices Act compliance, SEC Enforcement, as well as other complex litigation matters.
Excellent opportunity to be part of a top-performing team across Asia and get in involved in US-related litigation and investigations matters.
Requirements:
- Excellent Academic Credentials
- US Qualification is mandatory
- 2+ years of experience gained from an Investigations practice group (White Collar Crime/Compliance/FCPA)
- Bilingual (English and Mandarin); Ability to converse in Cantonese will be a bonus
