Job Details
This global law firm is looking to hire multiple M&A lawyers to support the growth of their top-ranked corporate practice based in London. The team advises a broad range of clients, including public and private corporations, investment banks and financial institutions, on some of the most complex and high-value transactions in the market, including both public and private M&A. This is a top City practice with a strong international reputation.
The right candidate for this team will have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in both public and private M&A gained at a highly ranked corporate practice. Overseas qualified lawyers relocating to the UK will be considered on merit. The firm offers career progression, training and development together with a competitive remuneration package.
