Dispute Resolution Solicitor 1 year+ PQE Staffordshire
Based in Staffordshire, our client is a forward thinking, frriendly practice now keen to strengthen their litigation team with the appointment of an ambitious commercial dispute resolution solicitor.
This partner led team handles a mix of general commercial litigation and disputes work including advising on commercial contract disputes, shareholder disputes, warranty claims and professional negligence as well as property disputes including landlord and tenant litigation and some contentious private client work. Ideally bringing at least 1 year PQE as a litigation solicitor, you'll be advising a diverse portfolio of clients including SMEs, partnerships and owner managed businesses as well as some larger companies.
