Senior Reg – OPPRA – 5+

This global financial services company is looking for an experienced regulatory lawyer to join its Public Policy and Regulatory Affairs Team.

In this role you will advise on a broad range of global regulatory reforms, working closely with External Affairs, Risk and Compliance, you will be working on recovery, resolution and operational resiliency matters, prudential and regulatory matters for EMEA Treasury and Finance.

You will have trained and qualified at a top City Law firm, have a minimum of 5 years’ experience interpreting guidance in respect of statutes, directives and regulations in particular AIFMD, UCITS MIFID, CRD, BRRD and DGSD. You will have worked on the establishment of regulatory change programmes and have drafted policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
