An opportunity has arisen for a junior-mid level employment lawyer to join this excellent, leading London employment practice.
The role involves working on the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment issues including tribunal work, TUPE issues and advising high net worth individuals.
The team is looking for an employment lawyer that has likely worked at an international law firm and has prior experience of a wide range of employment law issues to include High Court matters and ideally procedural aspects of restrictive injunctions in the context of employee competition issues.
The successful candidate will also have:
-Strong academics;
-Solid legal training from a major, commercial English law firm and experience handling complex employment matters;
-Experience of general employment advisory work.
This is an established practice offering truly high quality employment advice to both employers and high-profile individuals, often with a cross-border element.
