Job Details
Following significant growth to date and further projected growth, this international firm now has a new role for a contentious construction, projects and infrastructure associate to join a market leading specialist team, which sits within the firm's wider Litigation & Regulatory practice group.
The key focus of the role will be on domestic and international PFI/PPP disputes. Acting for a diverse client and sector base, the successful candidate will gain direct experience in all aspects of disputes avoidance, management and resolution of high quality highly complex disputes in the PFI/PPP sector. The role will be based in our London office, but will also require frequent travel throughout the UK and to our international offices.
Suitable applicants will be solicitors or barristers ideally qualified in England & Wales or a commonwealth jurisdiction with a minimum of 4 years' fee earning experience within a leading construction litigation team.
