Job Details
An exciting role has arisen for a commercial lawyer to join an IP, technology and commercial team at a London law firm with a fantastic international client base in the area of leisure, luxury goods, fashion, and food (amongst others).
The role will involve advising on a combination of:
1) Data protection
2) IP Advisory (including trademarks and copyright)
3) Transactional IP (including M&A support, software licensing and commercial contracts)
The role will suit an experienced / senior lawyer who is ambitious, energetic and a 'self-starter'.
This is a supportive team where there are genuine prospects for the right person.
