CORPORATE ENERGY 3-6pqe 'BIG4' FIRM

We are pleased to be instructed on a rare corporate energy role for a mid-level lawyer at this 'Big4' practice. Their small but rapidly growing and highly successful team sit within the firm's broader corporate team and work closely with other teams within their multi-disciplinary practice.

They work on behalf of a wide range of clients from international PLCs to private companies. The workcovers private company M&A, venture capital, joint ventures, buy-side and sell-side legal due diligence and international corporate restructuring projects. The work covers both conventional O&G deals and increasingly renewable energy projects. As a manager within the team you will also be expected to get involved in business development, both internally with other teams and externally as part of the team's drive to grow this practice.
