Our client is an illustrious US firm in Hong Kong that is on a recruitment drive into its Banking & Finance team.

The team advises on some of the most high-profile and complex transactions in the market, as associates represent leading financial institutions and other blue chip clients on a number of leveraged finance transactions. Given the breadth of the work on offer, the team delves into many finance sub-sectors, and associates may undertake work in areas such as syndicated lending, leveraged acquisitions, tax-driven structures, securitisations, project financings, real estate financings and capital market transactions.
The firm actively promotes frequent client interaction, and so candidates will experience a boost to their professional and business development opportunities while undertaking high-quality work and simultaneously representing a wide client-base throughout Asia and beyond.
The successful candidate will have between 3 and 7 years of PQE and can be UK, Australian, Singapore or Hong Kong qualified. The candidate must have prior Banking/Finance experience from a leading international firm in their jurisdiction.
