Job Details
A Top 50 law firm is seeking an addition to their rapidly growing Commercial Property team in Leicester. The team has more than doubled its income over the last 2 and half years, and has assisted in the development and sale of major projects.
This role would suit candidates with up to 2 years PQE looking to move into a large and varied team offering an excellent opportunity to grow.
Working within a team, you will act for a range of quality clients including real estate developers, strategic land developers, investors in property, pension funds, public sector organisations and occupiers, along with a range of other private sector businesses.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates to gain a broad spectrum of real estate experience, including sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters and both residential and commercial development including strategic land assembly.
