Partner Designate Role - London Based - CIS Dispute Resolution!
Top tier law firm in London seeks to hire a Senior English Qualified Solicitor specialising in international arbitration and global dispute resolution matters to represent its high profile CIS based client base.
With a particular focus on shareholder disputes, your role will involve managing high value and complex cross-border commercial disputes in the English High Court and international arbitration in the full range of arbitral forums including the LCIA.
It is seeking to bring a top quality senior English qualified litigator on board in a 'partner designate' role, initially to be based in Moscow for 6 -12 months, and later to return to London on a permanent basis but with regular travel to Moscow where a number of key clients are based.
Your profile as a lawyer should be as follows:
- Excellent academics;
- English qualified Solicitor;
- From 5 years' + post qualified dispute resolution experience with a top international law firm in London;
- Specialism in CIS focused disputes;
- Russian language skills a plus (but not obligatory);
- Willingness to spend time in Moscow when needed;
- Partnership aspirations.
