In-House Commercial Solicitor - Legal Counsel, West Yorkshire
An in-house solicitor is required for an organisation in West Yorkshire. This is an excellent opportunity, with the work mainly being commercial contracts and regulatory/compliance focused, although there will also be a fair amount of ad-hoc advice needed, and instruction of external counsel. You will work very closely with a head of legal in this small team.
The salary for this opportunity is likely to sit between £40,000 and £50,000 depending on experience level, and there is a great benefits package to talk you through.
You will be a qualified solicitor, likely between NQ and 4 years PQE to be at the appropriate level for this post, and your experience so far should have been mainly reviewing, negotiating and drafting commercial contracts of various types.
