Job Details
Our client is a leading law firm with an established London office. They are looking to grow their banking team with newly qualified associate. Those who recently qualified or due to qualify in 2019 will be considered.
The work is broad but with a focus on acquisition finance transactions. The ideal candidate will have at least one seat in Banking and have gained exposure to acquisition and leveraged finance ransactions. Both borrower and lender experience is useful.
