Elite International Firm in Dubai: Real Estate Associates (1-4 PQE) - Tax Free Salary

A role has emerged in the Dubai office of a leading global firm, as the Real Estate team are looking to add to its practice with an associate of around 1-4 PQE.

An increasing number of UK-qualified associates are relocating to Dubai, owing to better weather, a thriving ex-pat community and overall culture and lifestyle,  and most of all, the astounding tax-free packages on offer.  The UAE’s burgeoning economy also provides  exciting opportunities for those who are looking to commit their future to the region.

The Real Estate team advises on the most complex and high-profile transactions in the region, with a particular focus on development projects, restructuring transactions, real estate financing and the management of property portfolios.  The team works with clients across a range of industry sectors, including transport, hotel & leisure and financial services.

Applications are welcome from junior and mid-level associates that have prior real estate experience at a leading international firm in London or at another firm in the UAE.  The successful candidate will undoubtedly prosper from developing multijurisdictional knowledge, especially in the form of high-quality work and regular client interaction with blue chip outfits in the region.

Although having Arabic language skills are advantageous, they are not essential by any means.  That said, the candidate must be committed to remaining in the region long-term.
