Construction Disputes Solicitor
2 - 4 PQE

Salary: £45,000 - £54,000
One of Kent's leading law firms is looking for a mid-level Construction solicitor to join their growing Construction Disputes team within their Real Estate practice. The team handles the full spectrum of construction litigation, including:
- Bespoke building contracts and disputes relating to them
- Professional appointment disputes
- Insolvency matters
- Warranty claims and payment disputes
- Professional negligence
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience handling construction matters with a contentious focus, with this experience coming from a top regional or city firm. The team will look at those with a background in non-contentious matters but some level of experience in acting on disputes is preferred. You will be working with a diverse range of quality clients including major property investment companies, local authorities, developers, retailers and high net-worth individuals and be able to effectively develop solid client relationships.
