Job Details
Our client, a highly regarded commercial firm in the North West, is looking to recruit a locum Housing Litigator to start at short notice.
It is essential that you have solid experience in all aspects of housing litigation including: abandonment, anti-social behaviour, common law injunctions, demotion, disrepair, gas access, illegal occupation, nuisance, policy review, advice and drafting, possession proceedings, rent arrears, staff and resident harassment, succession and trespass proceedings. Applications are sought from solicitor or barristers who are able to run their own caseload without supervision and who can demonstrate considerable experience within this field.
The role is due to commence at short notice and it is likely to run for at least 3 months.
This is a great opportunity to join a well established team on a locum basis.
