A top 25 UK practice has a rare and exciting opportunity for a qualified employment solicitor to join their legal 500 ranked employment team in Birmingham.

This employment team is lead by partners who are ranked by the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners. Working for clients throughout the UK across various sectors this employment team covers the full spectrum of employment law matters.

The successful employment solicitor joining this team will undertake matters including:

- Audits
- TUPE
- Discrimination & equality
- Tribunal litigation
- Employment aspects of mergers & acquisitions
- Trade union matters
- Executive severance
- Re-structuring, re-organisations & redundancy
- Injunctions
- Employment contracts & service agreements
- Immigration
- Partnerships & LLPs
- Investigations

This role is ideally suited to employment solicitors between NQ and five years PQE. Candidates applying for this position should be able to display:

- Training and post qualified experience gained with a reputable private practice employment team within a regional or national practice
- A strong academic background
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
