The role is to be based in the heart of the City of Crawley; however, they have a network of offices which establishes them not only as a regional heavyweight, but also nationally. The practice is multi-service, but they are particularly well-known for their wealth management services and offer a refreshing alternative to the larger, more conventional business law firms.
The role
The firm are seeking to recruit an Employment Lawyer into their Crawley office.
You will work as part of a highly ranked legal 500 team. The team is busy and has had an influx of new work, making now an exciting time to join.
The firm's highly rated employment team handles a wide range of excellent quality contentious and non-contentious work including advisory work on HR issues, disputes related work in the tribunal and courts, drafting employment documentation, employee relations and transaction/outsourcing work. The team's workload is increasingly top end, complex, premium work and accordingly we are working to strengthen our capacity at that level.

Requirements
- You will be an Employment Lawyer with between 6+ years PQE
- You will have a strong technical knowledge
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Salary is very competitive, and above market rate, you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
