Job Details
We have been exclusively instructed on roles at a leading offshore firm in the BVI looking for Funds Associates.
The partners are open to hearing from candidates with between 2-5 years' PQE, as they are looking to grow their Funds team by several members due to the demand on their services.
The firm is highly reputable in the offshore market, and regularly works with onshore counsel to advise their clients.
The Funds team has a strong client base consisting of law firms, private equity funds, pension funds, financial institutions, and other investors on all funds-related matters.
Candidates are welcome to apply who have specialist Funds experience, preferably with a solid foundation from a leading onshore firm in London, although candidates with purely offshore experience are also welcome to apply.
The partners provide guidance to their lawyers where necessary, but also allow autonomy on tasks appropriate for each of their lawyers’ level of qualification.
The firm offers US pay rates, and the opportunity to relocate to the firm’s office in the exotic Caribbean where their lawyers benefit from high quality experience and a relaxed outdoor lifestyle.
