The Role
This leading firm are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor 3+ PQE to join their flourishing Horsham, West Sussex office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property solicitor to propel their career forwards. The firm are looking for a commercially minded individual to join their team who thrives working both autonomously and working within a team. Examples of caseload would include acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, and commercial freehold/leasehold.
You will be working alongside a highly reputable partner in this role, if necessary, gaining fantastic exposure alongside one the regions most experienced solicitors. The firm are looking for an ambitious individual to come into the team and take advantage of a fantastic platform in which to service high-net worth, complex commercial property work.
Requirements:
- You will Ideally have at least 3+ years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of PQE and less may still be considered)
- You will receive a basic salary that is above market rate
- Excellent career prospects, no glass ceilings.
