This West End Firm is an excellent Construction outfit operating well ahead of the crowd working on headline grabbing commercial and private Construction matters.
The Construction team is led by highly recognised Partners in this space noted in numerous legal directories for their exceptional work and given their continued success in the area they now seek an excellent junior Construction lawyer to join the team.
The joining associate can expect to be taking on high levels of responsibility from the start with ample client contact opportunities working with developers, contractors, developers and funders.
The successful candidate can expect to be working on a range of Construction matters with the role focussing on collateral warranties, performance bonds, projects under a range of contracts including NEC and JCT and advising on contractual issues as and when they arise. The role is effectively 80% non-contentious and 20% contentious Construction work.
