They are seeking to recruit an experienced Employment Solicitor to help shape the delivery of the firms employment services in their Crawley, West Sussex office.


The Role


This firm are looking for an experienced Employment solicitor 5+ years PQE to join this reputable firm in Crawley, West Sussex

You will gain great exposure to caseloads varying in value, and to some of the region's best employment works. This will inevitably help you to progress your career and will really set you apart from someone of the same PQE.


In this role, you will be supervising junior members of the team, therefore experience in delegation and management is key to a successful application. You will have experience dealing with both contentious and non-contentious employment matters


Requirements:

  • You will Ideally have at least 5+ years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of PQE)
  • You will receive a basic salary that is above market rate, dependant on experience
  • You will be commercially minded, and you will need experience in handling Employment caseloads
