Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
3+ PQE
Surrey
£40,000-£50,000+ DOE
Our client is a national full service law firm and is recognised as one of the South East's leading Property teams. The Residential Property team has a well-earned reputation for providing pragmatic legal advice across all elements of property. Due to expansion of the team an opportunity has arisen for a mid-level solicitor with experience in Conveyancing matters.
You will be working alongside two experienced conveyancing solicitors on complex and interesting Residential Property matters. The role offers excellent prospects and a variety of work, managing your own caseload of:
- Residential sales and purchases
- Leasehold
- Shared Ownership
- Equity Release
- HNW property
The ideal candidate will need to be a highly skilled and experienced Residential Conveyancer with at least 3 years' experience in this field. You must have the ability to run a full caseload, to deal with all aspects of the Conveyancing process and possess good communication skills.
