THE FIRM:
Our client is a prestigious law firm which acts for financial institutions. investment funds, private equity houses and multi-national corporations to public organisations.
THE ROLE:
A new role has arisen for a pro-active corporate lawyer to join a highly successful corporate and commercial team acting for a diverse range of international and local organisations, working on complex transactions.
Your work will cover transactional corporate matters from advising clients on public and private mergers and acquisitions to acting in partnership with onshore advisers, working across legal disciplines and jurisdictions.
ABOUT YOU:
To be considered you will be a NQ-2PQE lawyer with an excellent academic record (2.1 or above) and experience gained with a national or City law firm or international equivalent.
You will have gained solid experience within a corporate or funds team.
In return, you will have the benefit of excellent career prospects in a collegiate working environment.
