Your new company
A full-service global law firm based in Birmingham is looking to recruit a Senior Associate to join their Corporate Real Estate Division. Working with some of the World's largest companies, this highly commercially aware Firm provide a tailored service to all its clients.
Your new role
As a Senior Associate within this Corporate Real Estate Division you will be joining a leading team that acts for a wide range of corporate business with many of the largest FTSE 100 and 250 companies in the UK. Acting on all property matters for these clients such as HQ relocations, distribution centres, acquisitions through to estate management transactions. You will have the opportunity to take a lead role on major projects and accounts, liaising with the highest level clients within these companies, along with developing more junior staff coming through.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful Senior Associate will be 5+ years pqe with strong technical skills, experienced in managing and delivering asset management transactions and small investment estates. Outstanding communication skills as you will be expected to develop client relationships and manage and develop a team. This is an outstanding opportunity that will offer exceptional career prospects.
