Job Details
My client is a West End fund who are looking to hire a General Counsel in their Legal team. The successful candidate will have an M&A background as well as experience structuring funds. You would be negotiating LPAs, side letters and reviewing investment restrictions as well as looking after the legal aspects of compliance work such as investment controls etc. This role would suit someone who is keen to get involved in a new business with exciting growth plans within a dynamic area of the market.
