Job Details
We are working with a leading global UK head office law firm with a strong finance platform looking to grow their banking team in their London office. The team act for both borrowers and lenders and cover a broad range of sectors within the debt finance and acquisition finance realm.
The work includes debt financing transactions. Mainly leveraged buy-outs and re-financings, real estate finance, acquisition financings, public-to-private transactions and investment grade syndicated loans.
The right candidate will have some or all of the following experience/attributes :
- Demonstrate strong technical skills, with an international awareness and focus to their work
- Have gained some exposure to leveraged/acquisition finance deals. Other finance backgrounds will also be considered.
- Be keen to get involved in business development
- Culturally be a team player
