Job Details
Our client is searching for a senior corporate lawyer for its tier 1 ranked M&A practice.
The firm advises on all aspects of corporate work including: M&A, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, reorganisations and structuring, private and venture capital. However the focus of the work will be on M&A and venture capital.
There is plenty of client contact on offer and the successful candidate will need to be able to maintain and grow client relations. The candidate will need to be confident and able to stand on their own two feet but also must be willing to learn. The firm wants to hire someone with big ambitions who wants to progress to partnership.
The successful candidate will be a minimum of 5PQE - preferably with good venture capital experience and an interest in technology.
The firm will consider antipodean candidates and candidates from regional law firms.
Remuneration will be upwards of £90,000 at the 5PQE level.
