This firm works on illustrious Commercial Real Estate work and now seeks a Senior Associate to join its formidable West End outfit.
The Commercial Real Estate team is led by Partners recognised throughout a range of Legal Directories, who are expanding due to continued instructions on first class work.
The Senior Associate will be responsible for leading a team, advising primarily on Commercial Real Estate matters, whilst establishing their own caseload and being supported in developing a business plan throughout their time at the firm with real partnership prospects for the right candidate being proffered.
The successful candidate can expect to be acting on acquisitions for the purchase of land for developmental purposes as well as acting for borrowers and banks on Real Estate finance related matters within a collaborative environment, without being placed under the demands imposed on those at leading international law firms without having to sacrifice on brand name or quality of work.
