Job Details
An excellent full service commercial law firm based in London has began a
search for a new Corporate/Commercial Solicitor
The Corporate team is Legal 500 ranked and provides hands-on, commercially
focused legal advice to domestic and international clients. These clients
include: large corporates, private equity firms, entrepreneurs and high net
worth individuals.
The focus of the work is split between the corporate and commercial elements
and includes: M&A, private equity, capital markets, Joint ventures,
restructuring and commercial contracts/IP.
This position is ideal for a candidate looking for a better work-life balance
but who wants to continue doing high quality transactional work. The firm also
provide City salaries along with excellent benefits.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' PQE.
