A major global group operating in the science and technology sphere is seeking to recruit an Interim Contracts Manager to join the business for a period of 12 months, with the potential for a permanent position.

The Role

Reporting to the Group Head of Legal, this is a varied role providing legal support to all business divisions, with key responsibilities including:

* Reviewing, amending and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, such as NDAs, project agreements, service contracts etc.
* Advising business managers on contractual issues
* Reviewing and advising on other matters handled by the legal team

The Person

The successful applicant will have a good background in commercial law, specifically commercial contracts. This is a fast-paced environment requiring strong commercial acumen to analyse risk and make recommendations to the wider business. Experience or an interest in the technology sector would be highly beneficial.
