This reputable Hampshire firm are looking for an experienced Commercial solicitor to join their ranks based in their idyllic Southampton, Hampshire offices.

The firm have been established In the Hampshire regions for over 200 years and as a result of their commitment to the local community, they are considered leading in their practice.

In terms of their approach to clients, they pride themselves on their friendly, and genuinely caring approach and will go above and beyond to provide such a service, this really sets the firm apart.
The role
This reputable Hampshire firm are looking to strengthen their foothold on the market with a Commercial Property solicitor, ideally with 2+ years PQE.
In this role, you will gain fantastic exposure to commercial property caseloads. You will be expected to have experience in dealing with a broad array of commercial caseloads. It is beneficial for any candidate to have experience in Acquisition of disposition of commercial property, Share sales/purchases, Lease renewals and Landlord and Tenant Act.
You will be dealing with clients of both a medium-net worth and high-net worth. You will be expected to continue the firms fantastic relationship with the local community, and further its already strong foothold throughout the rest of the regions.
Requirements
- You will be experienced in all aspects of commercial property law
- You will work well in teams, and thrive in client contact
- You will be ideally 2+ years PQE, but more junior candidates will be considered
- You will receive a salary above market rate, dependant on experience
