A fantastic opportunity to join the very well respected employment team in this leading City boutique firm, which acts for an impressive list of blue chip and high profile commercial clients. Associates are given lots of responsibility and client contact, and are able to manage their own matters early on in their careers. They are also encouraged to get involved in business development and marketing from day 1. Each fee-earner has the opportunity to work on a broad range of both contentious and non-contentious (both advisory and corporate support) employment matters. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year's post qualification experience from another well regarded employment practice, excellent people skills, a strong academic background and the enthusiasm to help with the continued growth of the practice. This firm tends to be of particular interest to lawyers coming out of the top tier City firms who are looking to maintain the quality of their experience whilst working in a smaller, more cohesive team where they can have more breadth, take more ownership, and have a more healthy balance overall.
