Our client is an entrepreneurial and dynamic global business that provides complex media and production services to the Entertainment/Live Events sector. We are working with the General Counsel to recruit a commercial lawyer to join the business based in its office in Hertfordshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a plucky lawyer (with c. 2-4 years' PQE) to join the company as its global ventures and remit grows.

You will be seen very much as a business partner to your colleagues and will help drive and conclude commercial deals and contracts for key stakeholders and managers. The work on offer is both varied and interesting. It will see you involved in drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts (supplier, procurement, RFP tenders), supporting on corporate transactions (M&A, JVs etc.) and company secretarial matters. Any experience gained in the TMT sector, whether in private practice or in-house, is welcome. You must also relish the prospect of working for a start-up type business where infrastructure is quickly taking root.
