A privately owned Property business, specialising in retail and regeneration, is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their In-house legal team.

The established legal team works closely with internal surveyors, architects, and estates managers to manage a large portfolio of properties and new projects.

Reporting into the MD, your role will have a strong focus on property (including retail leases) but you will also advise the business on other ad-hoc legal matters.

The successful individual will likely have;

- More than 5 years PQE in Real Estate / Commercial Property matters
- Some experience working in property in the Retail Industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and commercially driven organisation
- Ability to work with 'non-legal' colleagues and advise n wider commercial matters

This is an entrepreneurial and interesting property business with a diverse portfolio of property.
