Commercial Litigation Solicitor required for a new role within a leading commercial firm, to be based in Manchester.  

Our client is a leading UK law firm who are well regarded across many commercial legal disciplines. They are recognised for providing high level legal advice to the energy, infrastructure, financial services and technology sectors amongst others.

Their highly rated Litigation and Regulatory team cover a wide range of commercial disputes including: contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, protecting minority rights, derivative actions, warranty claims, directors’ duties, partnership disputes, commercial fraud and trust litigation, worldwide freezing injunctions and search orders and inquiry work.

Due to expansion they are now looking to recruit two experienced Litigation Solicitors to the team in Manchester.

They are looking to speak to qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 1PQE in Commercial Litigation, with your training and experience ideally gained at a leading commercial firm well regarded for litigation work, backed by strong academics. It is essential that you have the core skills, quality and versatility to work on any type of commercial dispute. The work is complex and requires you to be someone who relishes technical black letter law.
