The Role
Are you a Property Litigation Solicitor in search of an opportunity with a leading department based in Hertfordshire.
You will join a market leading team that is made up of 2 Partners, 2 trainees, 2 paralegals and a legal assistant. The department has a real team ethos and they all work closely together, this would suit someone who really appreciates working closely with others. The reason for the role is due to the department being busy, so this is a great opportunity to progress.
You with be dealing with a high quality and varied caseload, which includes; County Court and High Court Litigation, Professional Negligence claims against solicitors, valuers or title insurers, Indemnity claims against the Land Registry.
Requirements:
- You will be a Property Litigation Solicitor with 3-8 years PQE (I would urge even more senior candidates to apply)
- You will be based in the Hertfordshire office
- You should have a good billings history
- A meticulous eye for detail is essential
- Salary is market leading, plus a good bonus structure and benefits package
