BD Managers **FULL SERVICE INTERNATIONAL LAW FIRM**

A unique opportunity has arisen for a highly-driven Business Development Manager to join this full-service, international law firm with a particular focus on their Real Estate practice.

The successful Business Development Manager will work alongside partners and operations leaders across the firm, devising and implementing BD and Marketing plans with the aim of raising the profile of this tier-1 Real Estate practice. Key responsibilities include:

• Focusing on client relationship management, listening to feedback and identifying opportunities for growth
• Supporting the pitch team with major proposals and pitches for this team
• Providing market-research on current and prospective clients, competitor activity and industry trends becoming a trusted advisor to partners and other senior-members of the practice
• Responsibility for providing matter content for legal directory, rankings and award submissions
• Working with leaders of other business services functions to ensure business support is delivered effectively to the group

This role is ideally suited to an ambitious Business Development Manager with significant experience in BD gained either in a law firm or a professional services environment.
