**Commercial Contracts & Procurement Lawyer Vacancy**

A busy Borough Council based in Surrey are seeking a Commercial Contracts and Procurement Lawyer to join their team on a full time basis. The role is being offered on an initial three month basis. Only 1 day working from home can be given if absolutely necessary.

Due to the nature of the role, it is essential that you can work within a fast paced environment whilst meeting strict deadlines. This role may include some Civil Litigation duties, so those with this experience will also be considered.

You must be able to demonstrate that you can hold a challenging case load of up to 15 – 20 cases including:

• Complex construction contracts
• Service contracts
• Contract related governance issues
• Advising senior officers within the council
• Broad advice experience
• EU Procurement
• Excellent drafting skills
