This market-leading, Magic Circle law firm requires an outgoing, results-orientated BD Manager to join their Marketing and Business Development team with a particular focus on the development of the regulatory practice.

The role is broad and varied with the successful applicant engaging in BD Activities for a range of areas such as tax, employment, financial services and antitrust and competition. Working within this forward-thinking and creative team who often work with journalists to organise high-profile events, there is ample opportunity to have a recognised input in shaping the client strategy. Key responsibilities include:

• Keeping abreast of market trends in order to identify potential opportunities for business development
• Working with colleagues globally to implement BD strategy - driving BD activity across the regulatory practice areas
• Collaborating with sector BD teams on key projects with a regulatory element
• Providing CRM support to clients - having personal responsibility for these accounts
• Working closely with partners and other senior members of the practice acting as a trusted advisor for BD activity
