Private Client (UK and Internatonal clients), 3+PQE

An exciting role has arisen with our client for a mid-level 3+pqe Private Client Associate. This well-regarded private client team have an extremely varied international client base. The team have gained an excellent reputation for cross-border work including international and domestic tax and trust planning advice.

The successful candidate can expect a range of private client work in a supportive collegiate team that is widely recognised for its expertise in this area. The team handles high quality work including: the administration of complex estates; advising on residence and domicile; cross-border issues; advising individuals on the tax implications of family breakdown; succession planning for family businesses and entrepreneurs; the creation, administration and taxation of trusts; advising on and drafting wills; taxation advice; and advising on capacity issues. Their client base is varied but they act for high-net worth individuals and their families who are UK based as well as international clients.
