An established conveyancing firm specialising in residential property based in Milton Keynes is looking to add to their property team with the addition of an experienced Residential Conveyancer/ Team Lead (Solicitor, CILEX or Licenced Conveyancer).

Salary: £33,000+ Dependant on experience

The Firm

  • My client is a highly regarded conveyancing outfit established in the property market across Buckinghamshire are experiencing an exciting period of business growth.
  • Prides themselves on providing expert conveyancing knowledge to valued clients and customers to ensure their solid reputation in the market

The Role

  • Responsible for Assistant Conveyancers, Conveyancing Assistants and Conveyancing Administrators.
  • Undertake and supervise fee earning work, providing leadership and guidance/development to your direct reports
  • Develop and maintain referrer relationships and endeavour to promote the firm in a positive and professional manner at all time
  • Manage / oversee the entirety of the case lifecycle, applying high standards of client care at all times

The Candidate

  • Minimum of 3 years continuous Residential Conveyancing experience
  • Qualified
  • Experience of managing a team would be desirable
  • Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or Licenced Conveyancer (although non-qualified experience maybe considered)
  • Manage / oversee the entirety of the case lifecycle, ensuring exceptional client care is delivered at all times.
