The Client
Our client is a leading banking and financial services organisation, who are seeking a qualified lawyer to join their legal services team outside of London. A significant amount of the work is remote, meaning the role is well suited to those wishing to work from home.
The role is based within the in-house legal team, specifically focusing on commercial contracts across procurement fields, including corporate real estate, technology, banking and professional services.
The ideal candidate will have 5 - 10 years post-qualification experience, from a well-regarded UK or international law firm.
The Role
Advising on professional contracts negotiation. Including both drafting and strategic advice, across a range of third party suppliers of goods and services.
Key focus on leading negotiations on global IT and outsourcing contracts.
The Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with approximately 5 - 10 years post qualification experience
- Experience across IT and outsourcing work
- Experience in contract negotiation
- Team management experience
