The Client
My client is a full-service firm with offices in both the South West and London.
The firm works across: commercial work, private client services, personal injury/ clinical negligence, service innovation.
The firm has merged recently to become national, and as such provides an exciting opportunity to join a growing and ambitious firm.
The Role
The Employment practice is well regarded for its contentious expertise, specifically in discrimination issues and unfair dismissal claims.
In the South West office, the firm handles all aspects of employment law, including discrimination, complex redundancies, re-organisations, business transfers, whistleblowing and TUPE transfers.
Clients for the firm include plc's and SME businesses, across the areas of social care, professional services, manufacturing, technology and transport.
