The Role

The firm is looking to hire a Corporate Senior Associate / Partner to join their expanding team, based in Southampton, Hampshire

You will lead the department, working with the other Partners to drive this team forwards. You will work within a supportive, friendly and dynamic department.

You will work as part of a highly ranked legal 500 team. The team is busy and has had an influx of new work, making now an exciting time to join.

The department advises companies, management teams, investors and debt providers through the business life cycle, from start-up and first round finance through M&A, management transactions, venture and development funding, restructuring, capital reductions, private equity funding and exits.

This role comes with good prospects and career development.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Solicitor with at least 6 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
• Strong communication skills are essential
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus a good benefits package
