Our client is a large international law firm with offices around the globe and the corporate group are ranked among the leading firms on cross-border M&A. With a strong workflow and steady growth the team are looking to take on a Mid Level or Senior Associate Corporate Solicitor.

The candidate Corporate Associate is likely to have a minimum of 4 years post qualification experience in corporate matters with exposure to a range of deal size and sectors. The incoming lawyer will likely have solid city or regional training at well regarded law firm and be operating at the mid or senior level within in a corporate team.
